About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and modern UI trends. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows based on business requirements.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and branding guidelines.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across devices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Revise and improve existing designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Ensure all designs align with business goals and user needs.
Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping techniques.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
