Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working directly with the Founding Engineer to take ownership of operational and coordination tasks across tech, business, and finance work streams.
2. Drafting project plans, proposals, technical reports, and other business documents from rough briefs or notes, turning them into clean, structured deliverables ready to send out.
3. Conducting focused research on specific topics (competitive landscapes, technical standards, vendor options, regulatory requirements) and presenting concise, decision-ready briefs.
4. Drafting and sending follow-up emails to vendors, consortium partners, and external stakeholders. Keeping communication threads moving and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
5. Coordinating across ongoing projects, tracking open items, maintaining status updates, and flagging blockers before they become problems.
6. Supporting proposal preparation for government and enterprise opportunities, structuring sections, fact-checking, formatting, and tightening language.
7. Managing routine document workflows, including formatting, version control, and organizing shared drives.
Note: We are building for the long term. This internship is intended as a path to a full-time role. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just complete a tenure.
Candidates with a technical educational background (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, or similar) are preferred, but this is not a hard requirement; clarity of thought and strong written communication matter more.
