Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for retail stores and corporate staff. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and overall workforce management across retail locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations across stores and departments.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and final settlements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Management
- Support appraisal and performance review processes.
- Track employee productivity and retention.
- Implement employee engagement and motivation activities.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, etc.
- Maintain statutory records and HR audits.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Retail HR Management
- Coordinate with store managers for manpower requirements.
- Handle staffing for new store openings and retail expansion.
- Monitor grooming, discipline, and retail workforce productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in retail manpower handling.
- Good understanding of HRMS and payroll systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail industry.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling multiple retail stores.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
