Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, and driving the sales of our split and inverter air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
Present and demonstrate split and inverter air conditioning products to prospective buyers.
Prepare and deliver tailored quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Basic technical understanding of split and inverter air conditioning systems is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
