Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver IT service projects for clients across different technology domains. The role requires strong project planning, client communication, team coordination, risk management, and delivery ownership. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple IT projects involving web applications, mobile applications, UI/UX design, Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, AI/ML, data operations, and custom software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Handle multiple client projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, cloud engineers, AI/ML teams, data teams, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct project kick-offs, requirement discussions, sprint meetings, status reviews, and client updates.
- Track project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage change requests, priorities, and scope adjustments.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project governance.
- Monitor project quality, delivery standards, and client satisfaction.
- Support project estimation, resource planning, and delivery planning.
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management within an IT services company.
- Proven experience managing software development and technology implementation projects.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and delivery management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML solutions, data projects, and enterprise applications.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
