Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Inform customers about jewellery collections, festive offers, promotions, and savings plans.
- Follow up with customers regarding visits, enquiries, and purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Generate customer appointments and store walk-ins.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with showroom staff regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements /Essential Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to persuade and engage customers professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, jewellery retail, banking, insurance, or retail sector will be an advantage.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
