Jaiguru Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and organized Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our team in Haldwani. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, leading recruitment efforts to bring in talented new staff, and ensuring smooth, productive team management within our showroom.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the formal onboarding process for new team members.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage existing showroom and backend staff to maintain a professional and productive work environment.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, questions, and internal communication.
- Team Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, help set workplace expectations, and ensure the team meets operational standards.
- Job Type: Full-time, In-person
- Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
- Schedule: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
