Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sourcing: Actively identify and prospect new partnership opportunities aligned with our growth strategy.
- Cold Outreach Mastery: Design, execute, and iterate on highly personalized outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and relevant industry communities.
- Relationship Building: Nurture early-stage leads, effectively communicating our value proposition to potential partners and securing introductory meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage all outreach activities, communications, and partnership stages using our CRM.
- Partnership Strategy: Continuously research market trends, competitor networks, and industry landscapes to uncover untapped channels for collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with broader company goals and product capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional Communication Skills (Must-Have): Flawless written and verbal communication is non-negotiable. Because your primary tools are email and LinkedIn, you must be able to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive copy that cuts through the noise and engages busy decision-makers.
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships, preferably within similar space.
- Outreach Expertise: Proven success in sourcing and booking meetings through outbound methods. You understand the nuances of personalizing pitches at scale.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales enablement and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, SalesBlink).
- Self-Starter Mentality: You are highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
