About The Role
We're seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into elegant and functional design solutions that delight our users and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistent user interfaces across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects across web and mobile platforms.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
