Reception Duties
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Register patients and create/maintain patient records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services and treatment packages.
- Manage billing, receipts, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and hospital records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
Pharmacy Duties
- Dispense Ayurvedic medicines accurately as per doctors' prescriptions.
- Explain dosage, storage, and usage instructions to patients.
- Maintain medicine stock, inventory, and expiry records.
- Monitor medicine storage conditions according to guidelines.
- Prepare purchase requisitions when stock levels are low.
- Receive and verify medicines from suppliers.
- Maintain pharmacy registers and documentation.
- Follow NABH AYUSH standards and hospital SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
