Job Position : Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and build strong partnerships across corporate and academic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in BIM modeling and related services
- Connect with architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients to understand project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders
- Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and institutes for collaboration and talent engagement
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and references
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) and present BIM services and capabilities
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solution presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal BIM/recruitment/operations teams for smooth project execution
- Track market trends in construction, engineering, and BIM technologies
- Prepare reports, MIS, and sales forecasts
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition
- Exposure to BIM, construction, engineering, or related technical services is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in dealing with corporate clients, architects, or educational institutions is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
- Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
