JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFF NURSE
A. ICU STAFF NURSE
- Provides nursing care to critically ill patients as per ICU protocols.
- Monitors vital signs, cardiac status, and patient condition continuously.
- Administers medications, IV fluids, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
- Operates and monitors ICU equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Assists doctors during emergencies, procedures, and resuscitation.
- Maintains accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensures infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Reports any change in patient condition to the concerned doctor and ICU In-charge.
B. WARD STAFF NURSE
- Provides nursing care to admitted patients as per treatment plans.
- Monitors and records vital signs and patient progress.
- Administers medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments.
- Assists doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
- Maintains patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
- Prepares and updates nursing records and reports.
- Ensures infection control and compliance with hospital policies.
- Reports any significant change in patient condition to the concerned doctor and Nursing In-charge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
