About the Role
ResQBag is building a platform that connects surplus food from restaurants and vendors with consumers, reducing food waste while making good food accessible. As a Founders' Office Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team, getting a front-row seat to how a startup's marketing strategy is built from the ground up. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you'll help shape brand positioning, campaigns, and growth initiatives while learning how decisions get made at the founder level.

- Support content planning and campaign execution for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Assist in developing brand messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new features/launches
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions
- Help coordinate the Campus Ambassador Program, including outreach and engagement tracking
- Draft marketing collateral — brochures, campaign copy, pitch decks, and promotional content
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
- Coordinate with design, social media, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Support founder-led initiatives such as PR outreach, partnerships, and community-building efforts
