Role and Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain engines, machinery, and onboard equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
Deep Sea Winch (DSW)
Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)
Cranes
Compressors
Oceanographic research equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment onboard vessels.
Support operations of CTD, ROV, SAMS, and seismic equipment.
Conduct scheduled maintenance activities and maintain records/reports.
Repair motors, pumps, winches, and other marine equipment.
Coordinate with clients and OEM representatives for servicing and calibration.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and onboard regulations.
Prepare daily reports, maintenance logs, and service documentation.
Supervise maintenance activities and ensure work quality.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Maritime Engineering.
3–6 years of relevant marine service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of marine navigation systems such as:
Radar
Gyrocompass
Autopilot
VDR
Education:
UG : B.Tech / BE . in Any Specializations.
Salary : 3 to 6 LPA
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
