Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital advertising, analytics, and achieving marketing goals through performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage remarketing and audience targeting campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create high-performing advertisements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to improve lead conversion.
