JOB OPENING: WELDER / FABRICATOR

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Project SR designs, engineers, and manufactures high-performance electric motorcycles. We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator with strong technical skills, precision, and a passion for automotive engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld motorcycle frames, chassis components, brackets, and other metal parts
- Perform ARC, MIG, and TIG welding with accuracy and consistency
- Read and work from engineering drawings, measurements, and fabrication specifications
- Cut, bend, grind, drill, fit, and assemble metal components
- Inspect completed work for strength, alignment, finish, and dimensional accuracy
- Assist with prototype development, modifications, and repair work
- Maintain welding equipment and follow workshop safety standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency in ARC, MIG, and TIG welding
- Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, joint preparation, and finishing
- Experience in motorcycle, automotive, chassis, or structural fabrication will be preferred
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering team
