About the Role
The Sight Media Company is looking for a skilled and responsible Video Editor who can understand client requirements clearly and convert them into engaging visual content. The person should have good patience, attention to detail, and strong time management skills, as the role involves working on client-based timelines and revisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos based on client requirements, brand guidelines, and project briefs.
- Understand the creative direction and deliver videos as per the expected output.
- Coordinate with the internal team for content, design, and visual requirements.
- Handle revisions patiently and complete changes within the given timeline.
- Manage multiple editing tasks with proper time planning.
- Create engaging video outputs for social media, ads, promotional videos, reels, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain proper file organization and project backups.
- Support basic design and motion graphic requirements when needed.
Software Skills Required
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, if using Mac
Additional Skills Preferred
- Knowledge of 3D software like Blender or Maya will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of video editing and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand client requirements clearly.
- Good patience in handling feedback and revisions.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Basic creative sense in visuals, transitions, music, and pacing.

Language Requirement
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Tamil.

Someone who is creative, patient, deadline-focused, and capable of understanding client expectations without repeated follow-ups. The candidate should be willing to take ownership of the edit and deliver quality output within the required time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
