Job Summary
DCIPHERS IT SOLUTIONS (P) LTD is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and build strong client relationships across IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Center, Managed Services, and System Integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and identify enterprise sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage assigned accounts and grow existing business.
- Drive prospecting, lead generation, and regular client follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams.
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support renewals, collections, and customer retention.
Who Should Apply?
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in IT, Cybersecurity, System Integration, Cloud, Networking, Data Center, or Infrastructure Sales is preferred.
- BBA, MBA, B.E., B.Tech, or graduates from relevant fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with enterprise, government, or institutional accounts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn prospecting, sales tracking, or GeM is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
