Candidates with LLB/MBA (Human Resources) of equivalent education with 03-25 years experience in Management Process, Planning, Training, Development, recruitment, Pay Roll Management, PMS, Statutory compliance, employee grievance handling, MIS etc. He will be responsible for project coordination, liasioning with government authorities. Candidate should be well versed with various applicable statutory rules related to Human Resource.
