Techno-Functional Consultant – Salesforce SPM & SPIFF

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce SPM & SPIFF implementations.
- Translate sales incentive plans into Salesforce configurations.
- Conduct requirement workshops with Sales, Finance, and HR teams.
- Design compensation structures (quota, SPIFFs, accelerators, clawbacks).
- Create functional design documents, user stories, and test cases.
- Configure SPM objects like compensation plans, quotas, and payouts.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
- Support testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
- Handle commission disputes and payment workflow issues.

- Salesforce SPM / SPIFF (Mandatory hands-on experience)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud (Opportunities, Territories, Pricebooks)
- Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable)
- SOQL / SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows & automation tools
- REST / SOAP API integrations
- Data migration tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica)
Domain Expertise
- Incentive compensation models (quota, SPIFF, accelerators, MBOs)
- Quote-to-cash / revenue lifecycle understanding
- Commission calculation and dispute handling
- Finance and HR alignment for compensation processes
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
