Role overview: This entry-level role supports end-to-end project delivery across internal tools and product initiatives by coordinating planning, schedules, communication, and risk tracking. You will partner with engineering, product, design, and operations to keep work on track and stakeholders aligned, gaining hands-on experience with modern project practices.
What you’ll do:
Assist with scoping, breaking work into milestones, and maintaining timelines and dependencies.
Keep project boards and trackers current in tools like Linear, Trello, and follow up on action items.
Facilitate standups and syncs; capture decisions, risks, and next steps; publish concise updates.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain clear expectations.
Track risks and issues, propose mitigations, and escalate promptly when needed.
Support basic resource tracking as assigned by senior PMs.
Contribute to quality checkpoints to ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria.
Prepare weekly status reports and simple dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes.
Help organize workflows for AI experiments and internal-tool improvements, including prompt runs and result evaluations with the team.
What you’ll work on:
Internal tools such as CRMs, refund systems, lead-scoring, and operational platforms used across the business.
AI-powered features for tutoring, mentoring, lead qualification, and workflow automation.
Process improvements that increase customer-centricity in product and engineering work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and the basic project lifecycle.
Familiarity with project tools (Linear/Trello), docs/spreadsheets, and team communication platforms.
Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
