- Daily Workflow Management
- Supervise day-to-day administrative functions across outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), and emergency divisions.
- Streamline patient flow, bed allocations, admissions, and discharge procedures.
- Resolve interdepartmental conflicts to guarantee unhindered communication and clinical workflows.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Establish and implement standardized operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce strict compliance with global and national accreditation parameters like NABH.
- Audit medical records storage protocols and verify that healthcare personnel maintain valid state licensing.
- Financial Oversight & Budgeting
- Formulate comprehensive departmental budgets and track cost structures against revenue metrics.
- Identify distinct avenues for structural cost reductions without diminishing the standard of care.
- Review financial analytics and compile regular Management Information System (MIS) data.
- Resource & Facility Logistics
- Oversee central procurement workflows, medical inventory storage, and external supplier networks.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain critical hospital machinery and facility assets.
- Lead non-clinical support networks including security squads, kitchen catering, and housekeeping teams.
- Staff and Patient Relations
- Evaluate manpower shortages, design work schedules, and administer routine staff performance evaluations.
- Standardize employee training modules focusing on institutional grooming, communication, and patient care safety.
Address escalations, process patient satisfaction reviews, and execute corrections.
Pay: ₹15,159.52 - ₹30,000.00 per month
