We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Skin & Hair Clinic Therapist to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will assist doctors in performing skin and hair treatments, prepare patients for procedures, provide pre- and post-treatment care, and maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist doctors during skin and hair consultations and procedures.
* Perform treatments as per clinic protocols and under appropriate medical supervision.
* Handle procedures such as facials, chemical peels, hydrafacial, PRP assistance, laser hair reduction, Q-switch laser assistance, IV therapy and other aesthetic treatments as trained.
* Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures.
* Explain basic pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.
* Monitor patients during and after procedures and report any concerns to the doctor.
* Maintain proper sterilization, hygiene, and infection-control practices.
* Maintain treatment records and ensure accurate documentation.
* Handle clinic equipment carefully and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
* Coordinate with doctors and front-desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
* Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient-centric approach.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma/Certification in Aesthetic Therapy, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
* Experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, or skin & hair clinic will be an advantage.
* Good knowledge of basic skin and hair treatments.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-groomed, confident, and comfortable interacting with patients.
* Willingness to learn new aesthetic procedures and technologies.
* Ability to work responsibly in a clinical environment.
