Purpose of the Role
This is a high-impact execution role, not a traditional administrative position. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Founder to transform ideas into action, drive key initiatives, and bring structure, accountability, and momentum to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of strategic projects from planning to completion.
- Track action items and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and AMCs.
- Conduct research, analyse information, and prepare concise summaries.
- Create presentations, reports, SOPs, and other business documents.
- Support marketing, content creation, and business development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Improve business processes by bringing structure, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc., B.Tech, Engineering, or equivalent).
- 0–3 years of experience (exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹12,602.14 - ₹20,000.00 per month
