Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Aptitude Trainer to deliver high-quality training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The ideal candidate will mentor learners, design practical training programs, and help them build strong problem-solving and analytical skills for campus placements and competitive examinations.
We are looking for trainers who are currently located in Bengaluru only.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
* Teach problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and exam strategies
* Develop course materials, assignments, mock tests, and practice exercises
* Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to learners
* Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement
* Prepare students for placement aptitude tests and competitive examinations
* Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns and recruitment trends
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach effective solving techniques
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Passion for teaching and mentoring
Experience:
1–5 years (training or relevant industry experience preferred)
