Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
