Mehfil Hotel is looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Executive to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
* Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
* Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
* Maintain hotel standards and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of hotel operations experience.
* Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
