- Assemble, integrate, test, configure and troubleshoot both the hardware and software of drone systems.
- Optimize flight control systems for drone performance through structured research and development trials.
- Conduct comprehensive training for various clients, including defense and police personnel, as well as internal teams and external trainees.
- Plan and execute demonstration flights for the company's clients showcasing drone capabilities.
- Ensure all drone operations strictly follow DGCA and company safety protocols.
- Provide structured feedback to the product development team based on insights from flight tests.
- Maintain detailed documentation of flight logs, maintenance reports, and training materials.
- Conduct on-ground visits to potential flight locations, collaborating with production teams for pre-flight planning, risk assessment, and coordination.
- Ensure logistical requirements are met for successful on-site FPV operations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of drones and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Undertake on-ground visits for pre-flight planning, scouting locations, and assessing potential risks.
- Continuously enhance skills and stay informed about advancements in drone technology and flight techniques.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions, demonstrations, trials, trainings, and field deployments
- Act as a technical and operational point of contact for defence, government, and other stakeholders
- Communicate drone capabilities, limitations, and safety practices clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Uphold the company’s standards, ethics, and confidentiality in all external engagements
- Be willing to travel frequently across India for demonstrations, training sessions, and events.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in drone assembly, development, and piloting.
- DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred) or strong willingness to get certified.
- DGCA Training License (preferred).
- Proficiency in mission planning software like QGroundControl, Betaflight, Mission Planner, INAV, Ardupilot or similar.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of all drone components.
- Have strong communication and teaching skills to effectively train a diverse group of pilots and clients.
- Be willing to travel frequently across India for demonstrations, training sessions, and events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
