Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also testing and validating solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Receivables.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Payables.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Receivables.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A Bachelors degree in relevant stream is required.
