We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our educational programs, increase student admissions, and strengthen our institute’s brand presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating inquiries, counseling students and parents, conducting marketing activities, building school and tuition-network relationships, and achieving admission targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in field marketing, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Visit schools, tuition centers, coaching institutes, and local communities for promotions.
- Organize seminars, career counseling sessions, workshops, and admission drives.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and pamphlets.
- Handle social media promotion, WhatsApp campaigns, and local advertising activities.
- Build strong relationships with school teachers, tuition centers, and educational partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new admission opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate branding activities and local events to increase institute visibility.
Sales & Admission Responsibilities
- Generate student leads through field visits, references, digital campaigns, and events.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
- Maintain inquiry and admission records in CRM or Excel.
- Support students during the admission and onboarding process.
- Develop referral networks for continuous student enrollment growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
- Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, Social Media).

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, counseling, or educational admissions preferred.
