Job description:

Role Summary: Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy loads and equipment safely and efficiently at the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

 Should be from stone industry background

Operate mobile, tower, overhead, or crawler cranes as per job requirements and manufacturer guidelines

 Conduct pre-operation safety checks of crane, rigging, and lifting gear; report any defects

 Read and interpret load charts; ensure proper load balance and stability before lifting

 Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and supervisors using hand signals or radio communication

 Follow all safety regulations, standards, and company policies

 Maintain logbooks, inspection records, and necessary documentation

 Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs

Requirements:

 Minimum 2+ years of experience operating cranes (preferred)

 Strong hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and mechanical aptitude

 Ability to read load charts and basic blueprints

 Physically fit; able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions

 Good understanding of safety protocols and effective communication skills Working

Conditions:

 Willingness to work in all weather conditions

 Exposure to noise, dust, and heights Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (based on skills and experience)
