About the Role
GMB Sweets is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Senior Steward to deliver excellent service and support the smooth functioning of the restaurant floor. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide junior stewards while ensuring a great dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team for timely order delivery.
- Guide and support junior stewards during daily operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic service concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Follow company standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward or Senior Steward in a restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preference
- Candidates from outside Agra will be preferred.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
