Job Title: Domestic Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain high standards of organization and safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising store activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for material requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Implement and follow safety and compliance standards
- Train and guide store staff as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse supervision, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, inventory systems, etc.)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
- Experience in domestic logistics or store operations
- Minimum 2 years experienced required
Salary: Upto 20K
