We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills with a strong command of either an American or British accent. As a voice process executive, you will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service to clients from English-speaking countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients/customers from the U.S./U.K.
- Resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a friendly and positive tone while ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and timelines.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Accent: Native-like fluency in American or British English (mandatory).
- Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex customer issues with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
