Key Responsibilities:
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
- Manage TDS/TCS compliance, including calculation, deduction, and return filing
- Prepare and file income tax returns and ensure timely tax payments
- Conduct GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and departmental notices
- Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, and auditors
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other statutory laws
- Assist in tax planning and advisory to optimize tax liabilities
- Monitor and implement updates in taxation laws and ensure organizational compliance
- Support financial reporting by providing tax-related data and provisions
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all tax filings and assessments
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 24 years of relevant experience in taxation
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and corporate tax laws
- Experience with tax filings, assessments, and audits
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Farvision preferred) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in real estate or infrastructure sector
- Familiarity with RERA compliance and project taxation
- Experience in handling litigation and tax notices
