Production head Core ResponsibilitiesManufacturing Execution: Direct end-to-end shop floor operations across all manufacturing stages: Compounding/Mixing, Extrusion, Calendering, Component Preparation, Tyre Building, Curing (Vulcanization), and Final Inspection.Capacity & Production Planning: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to optimize plant capacity, scheduling, and asset utilization.Operational Excellence: Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize equipment efficiency.OEE Optimization: Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and eliminate bottlenecks on high-value machinery
