Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, expand our dealer and distributor network, and develop business with government and institutional clients. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate business from contractors, consultants, government departments, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct dealer meets, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Ensure timely order execution, collections, and after-sales support.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, DCR, and MIS reports.
- Lead and mentor sales executives within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of B2B/Channel Sales experience.
- Experience in any of the following industries:
- Road Safety
- Construction Chemicals
- Paints
- Infrastructure
- Industrial Products
- Building Materials
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling dealer/distributor networks.
- Exposure to government sales and institutional business.
- Strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and government departments.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹54,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
