Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination across departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and factory operations.
- Draft emails, MOMs, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information and documentation.
- Support vendor coordination, quotations, and operational requirements.
- Manage calls, visitors, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist the Director in day-to-day business and strategic activities.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong drafting, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Profile
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Coordinator.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong learning attitude may also be considered.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- BBA, MBA, or Commerce background preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
