Role: Application Support Engineer – L2. Responsible for providing Level 2 support for healthcare/business applications. Analyze and troubleshoot application-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, resolve complex issues, coordinate with L3/vendors, monitor application performance, manage user access, support deployments, validate fixes, handle incident/problem tickets, maintain documentation, and ensure SLA compliance. Must have experience in Windows OS, SQL basics (queries), application log analysis, ticketing tools, user management, and coordination with infrastructure/network teams. Knowledge of healthcare applications is an added advantage
Pay: Up to ₹48,557.62 per month
