Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain hygiene standards as per company and safety regulations
- Monitor dishwashing processes and ensure efficiency
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper waste disposal and pest control measures
- Train new stewards and maintain discipline within the team
- Conduct regular checks of cleanliness in all back-of-house areas
- Assist during busy operations and events as required
