Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.

Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.

Identify decision-makers and schedule sales appointments for the sales team.

Maintain a strong knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.

Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and lead generation targets.

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
