About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals, and coordinating the hiring process for multiple positions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring MIS.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.).
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
