Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk of our builder office. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, handle calls, schedule appointments, maintain records, and provide administrative support while ensuring a professional first impression for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Receive, sort, and distribute courier, mail, and office correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, files, and office records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a real estate, construction, or builder office is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
