Job Description
MediGrow is hiring Medical Software Sales Executives to promote and sell our Hospital Management System (HMS) and Medical Operating System (OS) to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in medical, pharma, healthcare, hospital marketing, or healthcare software sales and be comfortable meeting doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes to generate business.
- Present and demonstrate MediGrow HMS and OS solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with doctors and hospital management teams.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Sales, Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Marketing, or Healthcare Software Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of hospital operations is an advantage.
