As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients of Priority Banking & Priority Private Banking to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. You’ll help clients set wealth goals, manage investments, and create portfolios for long-term growth and stability. You’ll be supported by specialists in the areas of investment, insurance, products and treasury to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.

We’re investing USD $1.5 billion in our Affluent banking business. Our investment focuses on affluent frontline teams, wealth and digital platforms, and client centres, as well as brand and marketing, to drive growth. You’ll join a growing franchise within Standard Chartered Group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, cultivating and sustaining robust relationships to foster long-term business growth and client loyalty.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, proactively developing strategic plans and solutions to secure and expand market presence.
- Provide bespoke financial advice to clients across a wide range of asset levels, expertly guiding them through each stage of the wealth cycle and addressing their evolving needs.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets by driving both new business acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience and contributing to the overall success of the Affluent Relations division.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as needed to uphold compliance and maximise client satisfaction
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial advisory, with strong expertise in retail branch banking products and a proven track record as a wealth banking specialist.
- Strong technical knowledge of consumer banking products, including CASA, TD, PMS, AIF, mutual funds, Life insurance, SIPs, equities, and foreign exchange.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- A proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives in an international environment
Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
