Role: Senior Business Analyst – HIS/EMR Implementation

Job Summary -
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support end-to-end HIS/EMR implementation projects. The role involves requirement gathering, workflow analysis, fit-gap analysis, solution design support, testing coordination, and stakeholder management in healthcare transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead requirement gathering with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Document BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflow/process maps.
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE healthcare workflows and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and end users for solution alignment.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and validation of requirements.
- Assist in go-live, training, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills -
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within healthcare IT (HIS/EMR).
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of clinical and hospital workflows.
- Experience in UAT/SIT and defect management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
Preferred Skills -
- Experience in enterprise HIS/EMR implementations.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory processes.
- Exposure to data migration, interoperability, and reporting systems.
- BA certifications (CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA) are a plus.
