Job Description:
We are looking for an O&M Engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of commissioned Rooftop and Open Access Solar + BESS projects. The role involves plant monitoring, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site inspections, and ensuring optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Solar PV and BESS plants.
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot generation issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections across India.
- Coordinate spare parts and material requirements with the Purchase team.
- Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and client communication.
- Support project teams with technical site assessments.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Solar Plant Electrical Systems (AC/DC, SLD).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
