1. Production Planning & Execution
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
- Coordinate with Cutting, QC, and Finishing departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and line balancing.
2. Line Supervision
- Supervise tailors operating:
- Overlock machines
- Flatlock machines
- Outer Elastic machines
- F/S (Flat Seamer) machines
- Fusing machines
- Helpers
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the floor.
- Conduct morning line briefings and assign daily tasks.
