Regional Branch Head – Agri Drone Sales
Locations: Kaushambi, Bhadohi, Bulandshahr & Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh)
Qualification: Graduate (Agriculture background preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and performance-driven Regional Branch Head to spearhead Agri Drone sales and business expansion across multiple branches in Uttar Pradesh. The role requires a strong leader with expertise in field sales, rural market development, team management, and revenue generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Drive sales of Agri Drones and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Organize farmer awareness programs, product demonstrations, and field events to promote drone technology.
- Develop and implement branch-level sales plans to expand market reach.
- Promote Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions and increase customer adoption.
- Manage sales pipelines effectively and ensure timely lead conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Branch Management
- Lead and manage branch operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for seamless execution.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Review sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business insights for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Rural Market Expansion.
- Candidates from Insurance, Tractor Sales, Agri Inputs, Farm Equipment, MLM, or Rural Sales industries will be preferred.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of rural customer behavior and agricultural markets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in managing large sales teams across multiple locations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
