We are hiring for Nomination Desk -Customer Service Executive
Location -Mumbai
Salary -Upto 4.2 Lakhs per annum
Exp- 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience.
Manage import and export nomination shipments (LCL & FCL).
Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, and shipping partners to ensure timely shipment processing.
Monitor bookings, documentation, and shipment milestones from origin to destination.
Liaise with internal departments such as operations, documentation, and sales to ensure seamless shipment execution.
Provide regular shipment updates and promptly resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and operational documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and global partners.
Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
